Customers can cancel through the billing portal at any time. Access continues through the paid billing period and does not renew afterward.
Service failures
Duplicate charges and verified extended service outages will be reviewed for refunds. Losing signals or market movement are not service failures.
No unclear trials
Launch plans are monthly and do not use a free trial. Pricing and renewal timing are shown before checkout.
